Maximum guest count: 150
Hours: 10-AM to10-PM
Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit, is due at booking, along with signed contract. Contract, and payment, confirms and reserves your special day at: Wisteria. (Remaining payment: is due 60 days
before your event.)
Inclement weather:
Unfortunately this is an area which
we have no control over, you/your caterer
should always make a contingency plan.
Restrooms:
are provided by Wisteria Wedding Gardens
Power & water : Available,
Decorations: Please do not staple,tack or tape, anything to structures in garden, or farmhouse
Caterer: must be licensed
Parking: Parking for 60-70 vehicles, no attendant on duty. (Car pooling advised.)
Smoking: in designated area only
Wheel chair accessible: Yes.
Florist deliveries: may be sent 2-hours before your ceremony
Alcohol: beer,wine & champagne allowed. (No home brew)
A $10.00 banquet permit and or, event permit is required if you are serving beer,wine or champagne at reception.You can obtain this permit through the W.S.L.C.B.

Trash haul away service: For a small fee of: $100 trash receptacles provided. (Please add this service to your booking fee) Caterers/guest are responsible for removal of tables, linens, chairs and festive decor.
Music:
Wisteria Wedding Gardens does allow: DJ's, Acoustical music & Bands.
All music service must end 30 minutes prior to the end of event end time in your rental contract.
Children:
Children are always welcome, but must be supervised at all times.
Insurance:
Wisteria Wedding Gardens......
requires renters to possess Liability coverage. Please Provide Wisteria Wedding Gardens with a copy of your insurance declaration page, 60 day's prior to event, This can be obtained through wedding insurance web sites, such as... "Wedsafe."

Dress Rehearsal, 2-hour time limit, No charge!
Please call for appointment.
Additional time:
If you would like to additional time for your event, this would be a fee of $250 an hour.
Pre-ceremony snack pack: includes: Bagels & herb cream cheese, veggie dipping tray, water/ juice. $100.00 feeds up to 10. Please include in your booking fee. ( This is a must, for a hungry wedding party ,that forgets to eat)

Wisteria Wedding Gardens: is not responsible for; theft, damage to vehicles or private property or personal injury, while attending an event at : Wisteria Wedding Gardens.
If persons under 21 observed consuming alcohol, the Kitsap County Sheriff will be summoned, to handle the situation.
